Google Photos backups not available in MARS running on QuTS ZFS firmware

I love my QNAP!

Cant backup videos from Google photos. Is there a option for downloading videos from the Google drive. Have tried HBS sync and same problem.

The new Qfile Pro is uploading mobile photos perfectly but there is no option to "Free up Space". The old auto back up feature used to upload photos from mobile to qnap then delete the backup up photos from mobile device. The new app has NO such feature??? Why??? Do we need to manually check the uploads then manually delete each backed up photo? Such a waste of time, no?

Kindly Help - I have backed up 60Gb of Pics & Vids in NAS. I am able to view & access all those pics thru Web browser, but not able to view thru mobile or Tab. I think it is something with access rights thru mobile or Tab & the Internet. I am not able to figure it out. Pls help.

Mars claim that you don’t have the limitations of 15GB from Google, but when you delete a file on Google Photos it is also deleted on then NAS. Where is this advantage? Why always sync and not an option to choose between sync and copy.

Say given a limited storage on Google, I would like to keep the most recent photos on Google photos/which would be a replicate of my iPhone album .. but I would use google to take advantage of the AI editing of Google Photos. Now how would the QNAP backup distinguish between old photos that have already been backed up on QNAP vs files that have been deleted for a number of reasons (ie duplicates, poor quality, spam on social media etc) on iPhone/google Photos? The ultimate question is that QNAP here is the ultimate backup of photos/videos, it should keep all the older media that is no longer on iphone/google photos but delete photos that were intentionally deleted either on google photos/iphone. How can this be managed practically? Cheers.
