A common way I often see in videos on server racks is to have patch panels above and below a switch. Patch cables from the patch panel above go into the top row of ports of the switch and patch cables from the patch panel below go into the bottom row of ports on the switch

Why didn’t you comb the cables would have made for a much neater install.

I disagree with this UTP copper solid cable termination to 8pin8condutor/RG45 plugs. These connectors are intended to be terminated to stranded cable not solid as if thier is vibration the bending action on the solid conductor could brake. This is a violation of all international telecom standards.

Cat6A cables terminated with an shielded RJ45 with no shielding wire on the 45 head and plugged in directly into a switch?????????? That's a first. Usually it goes patchpanel then cat6a patchcord(shielded or shielded that's your preference) to switch or router.... but directly to switch that's a big ooooofffff to me. then again what do i know?

Why not all cables terminated at patch panel. If those are for other than data, should be of other color and terminated on different patch panel you have ample space for patch panels, UTP wires with Shielded RJ45?.

What's the purpose of having a patch panel in a fixture you've ziptied down like that. Why both with all the equipment if everything's going to be locked down and never adjusted without breaking it apart.

Trabalho com esse seguimento também de cabeamentos de redes e voz, ficava legal se usasse organizador de cabos encima da primeira fileira de portas do switch e nas portas debaixo do switch outro organizador, dessa maneira que foi feita fica ruim para desconectar um patch cord
