Someone who has made me these recently, PLEASE tell me if his version is the same texture as crumbls? I’ve never had crumbl but people say(and they look) undercooked in the middle.

I know this is an older video so I may not get a response, but does anyone know why my dough came out extremely dry? I followed the recipe exactly. They tasted okay, after the first batch i ended up adding about a half a cup of melted margarine to it and it pretty much fixed it, but i want them to turn out like his.

Because he loves frou frou ingredients and he loves to overcomplicate recipes, I think he would be perfect for making entremets whether they are individual or a full size 12 serving like a passion fruit banana entremets.. I think he would do very good with passion fruit gel insert with a banana mousse and a banana sponge maybe white chocolate mirror glaze?

If you watch his first video ever you can completely see where he came from. He's that classic "learn to cook yourself kind of cook" the kind that started simple and now he overadds frou frou ingredients to all of his recipes. because as you are learning to cook you get spoiled by "fine dining and tweezers" and then you end up adding everything to you ingredients in your recipes when it's unnecessary. If you went to pastry school or culinary school you could make these recipes with half the ingredients used but
... I'm not knocking him I love his channel and I love what he does he does great for somebody who wasn't taught classically! but it's very easy to get swept up into frou frou ingredients just be careful people😊
