do I need tech background to coplete this course?

Hi i am a med student interested in applying AI in medicine, i have simple background in python before medicine. Do you think this course fit my need? Or do you suggest another courses

I'm a Solutions Architect, currently enrolled in this Specialization and about halfway through. I share the same sentiments about some of the labs, only because Coursera has JUST updated the course.
The labs referred to older versions of the IBM Cloud, so I had to piece together what I saw in the new workflow vs what the labs instructed. That may not be the easiest for those with no IT background.
IBM Watsonx is designed to be usable for most and you're given access to experiment and explore.
I have issues with Coursera and their support, but do recommend this Specialization.
