I know I'm pretty late and play on a different setup (pc), but I love the flametrooper especially on maps like Argon Forest because of the tightness of the map. You can rack up some insane killstreaks with the Wex and fire nades if the enemy is holed up in one of the fortresses. Also same with the MG-08 15 sentry.

I don't actually have a list of classes, you can't compare them.
Their effectivnes equals teamwork, if team sucks: nobody heals/gives ammo, then even trench raider will and be bad since the guy needs ammo (Which he doesn't have in loadout :D)
Even with sentry-08/15mg you can wreck enemy team, since you are practically a bullet sponge, just add a good medic, support for replenishing ammo, and you'll get 81/0.

One time i've killed a trench raider just with a bayonet attack, i feel like god

Today I got the infiltrator class. Not a single kill, and barely hitmarkers

But the sentry elite class looks bad @$$ 😕

I once got a 7 kill streak with the flame trooper on the operation with he red army vs the white I belive it was the 3rd map but not positive on red tide I think

every class is good, it just depends on how you play

1, sentry mg 08
2, tank hunter
3, villa perosa sentry
4, flame trooper
5, trench raider
6, infiltrator

Tank hunter would be even better if u could stand and shoot but self healing is hard too beat

I've had a couple matches where I've absolutely cleaned house with the Sentry MG08/15. Admittedly, its RoF is a little slow and its reload can surely get you killed if you're in a bind, but with 200 rounds in one drum and the 25% damage absorption (or whatever number it was), I think the positives outweigh the negatives. After all, you're practically invincible as long as you keep your eyes peeled for explosives and have a medic on your butt at all times.

I personally think both sentries are the worst classes. The Villar-Perosa sentry scores higher because of the weapon being much faster (RoF and Reload Time), but overall, both have the same weaknesses. The Flame Trooper scores higher because neither fire grenades nor gas grenades work on this class, and the Wex flammenwerfer is very well suited for close encounters. I'd even put it above the Trench Raider in terms of range, even though it doesn't have as much range as the other classes, if not for the fact the Trench Raider has the ability to heal himself. The Infiltrator scores the same as the Trench Raider because of the artillery signal flare gun, the Martini-Henry Grenade Launcher sucks, even though it is one of the most fun weapons to use, not as useful as I personally have predicted it would be.

Now, the real MVP is the Tank Hunter. Dangerous at all ranges, can threaten both infntry and vehicles, has a one-hit-kill BFG, all the goodies. Suits well for players who like to keep their distance and still cause, as one famous guy would say, "A LOTTA DAMAGE".

My list, from top (best) to bottom (worst) is:

-Tank Hunter
-Trench Raider/Infiltrator
-Flame Trooper
-Sentry with Villar-Perosa
-Sentry with MG08

i rank the sentry lmg pretty high. im able to work with it pretty well and get some op games with it. playing smarter is the key to succeeding with it

Combine with a Sentry Kit and Medic a Heavy Medic combo that Medic literally pocketing you your becoming a nigh unstoppable juggernaut taking far more punishment as you keep giving them lead as far I know a Perosa Kit is still a force to he reckoned with especially combine with a medic I feared they're gonna be a good buddy they try to pocket

Last time I got the Flame Trooper kit on Fort de Vaux I lasted less than 2 seconds... All 32 enemy players threw their grenades at me in one single volley. I was killed before I could even pull the trigger.

Where I feel people get the flametrooper and mg08 sentry wrong is that they are meant for area denial and suppression in support of your team. Not big armor guy kill everyone by yourself kits.

The problem I run into with the Trench Radiar kit is that it's a little difficult going up against another Elite

The Sentry is now buffed and it is so good, I remember having a good run with it

I know I’m really late to the party here but in my own opinion the sentry lmg is the best one. My only reason it’s looks cool and is fun to use. But I can see why others might not like it

the armoured century elite classes reload time is supposed to be 4secs and in real life it take 6.67 secs for the average belt fed gun reload

Ive only playd the sentry, flamethrower and the tank hunter can someone explain whay the rest is litterly not spawning for me ☹️

All elite classes in a nutshell:
Sentry: insert tf2 heavy theme
Flamer: oven
Tank hunter: it’s a anti everything
Infiltrator: a team and artillery atomizer
Smg sentry: insert tf2 heavy theme but at 1.50x speed
Trench raider: when isn’t it sussy jack smacks you for one hit

trench raider is top tier imo just because ive gotten a total of 27 kills in one match with it

Four years lateiah I think the sentry 08 class is one of the best with a good team

With a full squad of people you can make very effective pushes since with the support class can fire as you reload and since the 08 can provide a more suppressive fire and the added bonus of better control
This is why I think it is better than flame trooper class and on pair with the infiltration class

I think the sentry mg 08/15 and flame trooper is better in the list, but this video is ur opinion
