Look yall doctors im looking for a cure not a cruch to kill time so much time is wasted on useless treatment

Can anyone help with some suggestions on doing this? I have terrible lungs, terrible asthma, and I tried this and felt absolutely nothing change. Is there a way to tell if you are on the correct spot? How hard should I be pressing down? All I felt was it hurting where I was pressing. I am wheezing a bit and was hoping it would work for me and don’t want to give up on it. I’ve watched the video several times but I don’t know if I am doing it wrong or not. I am rather short and my arm is quite short also so it is hard to tell if I am in the right spot. Does it matter which arm you use? I am left handed and was pressing on my right arm. Thanks for any suggestions!

As I get older i watch more and more of your valuable videos. I did this and i could feel it immediately. Another valuable video is the one with the cervical pinched nerve. First time i have felt my left hand in a year. I still have full use of it but a lot of times I feel like a red hot bar is going the length of my arm and it is almost unbearable. I think if you told me to stand on my head at this point i would try. Thank You Dr. Mandell for all of these videos!
