I’d like to say that this is Krampus, but In this world, “Santa Claus, St Nicholas, Kris Kringle” is just a ploy/cover to appear much more approachable for children, but the frightening ‘truth’ is that Krampus always was and is “Santa” for this world. This is his true form at all times

I imagine that while horrifying in appearance this Santa is 100 % benevolent. Meanwhile there is also probably a Krampus in this world who looks nice and friendly while in reality is evil and murderous.
