I did a lot of testing and for me the best rotation for st

Relentless-frenzy-ibs-blood-relentless (rage) artifact, brash strike full(mount power) brash strike (till like 10% rage) - savage advance

Blood- relentless frenzy-ibs(rage) brash strike till no rage then rince and repeat

1-You wanna use blood at the end of the first rotation b4 rage to maximize the dragon hunt vembrace 5% dmg
2.for pc when out of rage anim canceling relentless is better than using brash strike(almost double the dps) but its still better than brash strike even if you dont anim cancel it

3. Even in st id use tremple caus after using savage advance you will deal 5% more damage for 10sec. If you use punishing charge instead of ibs you have a 70% uptime on the 5% more dmg. Or even ragin strike, normally if you do you rotation correctly theres no need for the rage overtime from steady rage

4. Using frenzy in rage is temping for the 15% more dmg, but unless you have full rage, its not worth cause you will lose a lot of dps trying to get back into rage without frenzy

For the first part, you did a voice. If possible, I would explain why you want the set thing and why thing work well and stuff. Having most of the vid being silent make it hard for new players to understand what's going on. Just some advice if your trying to help new players with guides and stuff.
