I am actually surprised not see any Xiaomi Redmi phones. They are overall known for really good budget phones

I don't think you understand the meaning of "Budget" also anyone who likes budget phones will not care about features. I just want a second line for my business, I do not care about any of these unnecessary features like camera or screen quality. I just want a phone that works like a phone, and that's it. Lots of phones today suck as actual phones. None of these descriptions mentioned what bands or hrz these phones operate on for actual phone quality.

The Google pixel 6A is a complete and utter pile of garbage from the first week I had that phone I had nothing but issues with the GPS retaining a signal for data and there's no settings to switch your GPS to like accurate or whatever options that were available in previous pixel phones even and every other Android phone I use but nope not the 6A always thinks I'm on a different street.

Damn budget phones are this expensive now? Props to my brother for selling me the s22 ultra for 400

How the hell can the SG 14 have so short of a battery life 🤯 is an ok but low feature phone with a good sized 5000 mh battery YET , can only manage around 2 days from a charge 🤯.

I've done repairs on all of these phones excluding the Apple.
With care, they are all fairly easy to repair for competent hobbyist and diy, so also good for repair rather than replace.
And a note to all diy guys like myself, make sure to remove dents from a case before installing a new screen. The dents will crack new glass.

Pixel 6 dislodges sim every other hour so you have to turn it off and eject the sim to get it to register that it has a sim. Don’t bother. Battery life is shockingly short too.

Some people don’t realize under $400 is considered a budget phone in the U.S especially when average phones are $700+

For me a budget phone is under $100. And will only do prepaid. Have had a flip phone for awhile after my cheap $40 smartphone shattered so easily after hitting the ground from a low point of falling. Flip phone is amazingly durable all on it's own but not good for texting, internet needs or needing a picture for something etc. My sons $800 phone got a crack in the screen after it tapped on pavement not fully falling. He currently has a phone costing over $1000 and has had for at least a few years now completely intact. Any phones costing that much should automatically come with protectors for it. You shouldn't have to buy that separate.
