ОтветитьI am very thank you❤🌹🙏
ОтветитьHello friends, what is the possibility that with the equipment you mentioned in this video we can implement a ring type network to have redundancy in case of a break in the Profibus cable that communicates the PLC with the ET200?
ОтветитьThank you very much for the information, it is perfectly understood, now I have a question. What would happen if one of the ET 200 fails? Or, what would happen if the profibus cable that communicates one of the PLCs with one of the ET 200 suffers a fault? Would the backup ET 200 continue to send the required information transparently?
ОтветитьGreat video, it's possible to do a redundant system with 2 different CPUs with the same IO configuration?
In example: one S7-315 and one S7-312, respecting memory and processing times by the slowlier CPU capacity?
You deserve a million likes
ОтветитьGood
ОтветитьI really like these!!!great!! Like SIEMENS!!
ОтветитьGreat job! I know working principle is the same but, Are there any differences between s7-1500 R/H system and s7-300 ?
ОтветитьIf we can make a redundenency with normal CPU than what is more on H-CPU ?
ОтветитьIn this configuration the redundancy is on the CPU level, but how to achieve redundancy on the I/O level ?
ОтветитьWhat is the difference between this configuration and hot redundent system ?
ОтветитьHi dear I watched your every videos this is very helpful for me thank you. Dear plz make some videos for plc hardware wiring and it's control using software ❤️
Ответитьthank you Realpars, the same way I need DCS information
ОтветитьAwesome 3D graphics helpful video.
ОтветитьDo you need to configure anything on the CPUs so they know they are working en redundancy mode and which one is the master? or do they seemingly detect they are redundant...? thanks!
ОтветитьBig thumb up great content
Ответитьfantastic
ОтветитьCould anyone please explain the difference between 300's soft redundancy and 400's hardware? Thanks.
ОтветитьIs the switchover bumpless? If no then what is the switchover time.
ОтветитьWow ...
ОтветитьHow to Configure an S7-300 Redundant PLC HW and SsaftW in tia portal
ОтветитьHi
What is the repeater for?
Can we omit it and tie its inputs and outputs together, as we have in the software (hardware configuration)?
I love you men
ОтветитьYou're great Sir..best explanation
ОтветитьThank you for the video, it’s very good !
ОтветитьWhat is SCALANCE X208? Is this also use for the HMI like repeaters?
ОтветитьVery useful vidio
ОтветитьThank you Real Pars your presentation was very clear and easilly understandable.
ОтветитьBest
ОтветитьHi, thanks for video. One question, after failure of master, slave kick in. After error was fixed does master overtake control from slave or it will stay as slave till new master fails ? Does one of them have higher priority than other or its manually set witch will be master by operator?
Ответитьthanks a lot for showing these important videos
I have important question and I do really waiting for your answer
what if PLC B go down ?????
because I have a redundanc system with s7 400H
and I but the reserve PLC on stop mode
so what happened!
all the system go down 😅
thank you, can you make a sample of redundant program?
Ответитьcan you explain about s7-200
ОтветитьHi , i want to know how the CP 342.5 is connected to the CPU?
because i have the same configuration as this video but with a CPU315-2PN/DP S7-300 and a CP342.5 and i dont know how to connect them together ?
Such a good presentation on siemens plc i have seen so far. Good job friend. Can you upload a small example of program using redundancy technique. Thanks in advance.
ОтветитьHi, I wanted to ask if the redundancy is possible using ethernet protocol and not a profibus one.
I think that it is possible even if i don't know how it is done....and it is more easy at programming it
more on sf, bf, Olm's, terminating resistors on profibus, more on siemens in general great videos.
Ответитьwho are the two idiots disliking this video?? this series is such nice and helpful video series...thnk you so much...keep uploading
ОтветитьThank you so much
Ответитьhi
can you make video for software redundancy?
thanck you
Ответитьthank you very much
ОтветитьI have read on Siemens forums that I/O redundancy for s7-300 cpus is not possible, but in this video it is possible, what does I/O redundancy mean exactly then?
ОтветитьThis is very helpful. The presentation was excellent.
ОтветитьIt's very helpful. Thank so much sir
Ответитьthank you very much sir......
Ответитьguyz, where will you connect your engineering station?...
and... guyz, can you upload also about s7-200...
