it is so much clickbait and so little reasearch on mobile gaming market. Taking your own personal tiny nostalgia and scaling it to the world's mobile market picture doesn't make a whole picture.
ОтветитьI for one still play crossy road, it's one of the few which has remained engaging even now. And the point about clash of clans is true, in my country's currency, the prices of in game items is ridiculously high which is the reason I left the game.
ОтветитьWhat are yoy even on about, it is the largest grossing market with the most players out of everything (console pc vr etc). This video isn't just wrong it is too out of touch. 😂
ОтветитьI jus play clash Royale that just takes 3minitues to finish a play
ОтветитьFor me its just too many ads and everything is pay to win. I remember playing games in 2010 on my Motorola Droid and very few ads and the levels were fair. Then suddenly google enabled ads and every single game had so many ads i just uninstalled all of them
Ответитьgeometry dash is still an actively growing community that is probabaly going to grow for a long time because of update 2.2 and the community's passion of making amazing custom levels and it has grown out of its mobile stage and entered the pc gaming space
ОтветитьMobile games are nothing but:
Microtransactions galore
Endless and endless ads
Spywares galore
In-game items that require monthly subscription payments in order to use it
Mobile games turn your phone into a liability, and before you know it, you spent $1000 a month on mobile gaming. That same phone can bring you towards financial freedom. That same phone can earn you $10000 a month through passive income.
Mobile gaming is dying soon.
Mobile Games lost value because literally everything is a upsell. You can't enjoy it again because literally everything in the game you have to pay for.
ОтветитьMobile games became bloated ad billboards and pay to win scams. I stopped caring about mobile gaming when I saw the writing on the wall with the freeium junk taking over. I actually do pay for quality decent games but they are mostly all junk now which leads me to not bother with buying the biggest and best phones to play on. The current state of mobile gaming is also killing mobile phone sales due to people like me being put off and not needing the biggest and greatest phone anymore.
ОтветитьFor myself, I've never enjoyed playing low quality games on a tiny screen with janky touch screen controls. I have a proper gaming desktop at home equipped with an RX 7900 XT (upgraded from an RX 6800 XT) paired to a Ryzen 7 5800X. Most PC gamers wouldn't even bat an eye towards mobile gaming even though we have high-end smartphones. Let's just leave smartphones to do smartphone things and keep the proper gaming experience for gaming consoles and PCs for a much better experience (bigger screens, higher refresh rates, better controls and of course, higher graphical fidelity).
ОтветитьYou forget to mention "Gatcha" system where you spend milliosn to get that one sick skin , i might have one or two videoes , i stopped playing since it's not fun anymore
ОтветитьHow do you have this little subs this shit great
Ответить"Turning players into payers."
ОтветитьBro are you Indian American? I love your video's
ОтветитьTeenagers nowadayas are not tech savvy AT ALL! It really worries me actually that they are so clueless :S
ОтветитьGD IS NOT COMING BACK OUT OF NOWHERE, 2.2 IS NEAR
ОтветитьThe over monetization is what killed mobile gaming, the inability to progress without spending at least $100/mo >< Yuck. They literally priced themselves out of the market.
ОтветитьDid we all conveniently forget Nekki’s Shadow Fight series? Hands down the best mobile game ever.
Ответитьhave you even looked at any real statistics? logically answered, your sources are bad (i looked them up).
ОтветитьMan, you got everything wrong. People still plays mobile games, let me tell ya, a lot of people. Not the same games you played when you were younger, generation changes, game changes. The network effect you mentioned now being more beneficial for social apps and TV shows, it's because that's what your friends are into nowadays. If you talk to a kid, they will mention dozens of huge player-base games, and they do spend their days at school talking about it, just like I used to do about Tibia back in 2004 here in Brazil. Just get it, you're not a kid anymore and games are hugely more popular amongst kids than amongst adults and young adults, excepts by the hobbyists (aka gamers).
ОтветитьThe main question is dramatic, perhaps the question is why there aren't any specific games dominating the market. If the mobile gaming market was dying then we would see so many triple A titles being ported to mobile
Ответитьmy childhood had no phones even 😅
ОтветитьMicro transactions and ads
ОтветитьNo one word about Words with friends 😢😢😂
Ответитьsome of mobile games are either really bad and Full of ads which makes the entire game infested with ads and the decline of quality
ОтветитьAlL inDIE DEvS GOoD IT WIll bRing High QUAliTy!!!! the people must have stupid the indie mobile and indie horror has gone bad
ОтветитьPay 2 win has ruined
ОтветитьI do...I still do
ОтветитьI'm still playing mobile game bcoz I cannot afford Laptop or PC
Ответитьold games memories still it's pure golds and legends.
ОтветитьPretty much micro transactions and greed.
ОтветитьThis videos pointless.
Plenty of people play mobile games.
Dunno what this video is talking about, mobile gaming is bigger and more profitable than before, you should worry about pc games instead lol. P2w with lootboxes, plenty of bugs, crazy pricing.
ОтветитьFoolish documentary
Mobile games are destroying our society
The employees , bosses and ceos finally are announcing shut down their mobile games because they are not to your blood connection between nostalgia and your phone
All of because of microtrandtactions, capitalism
They destroying our economy but I don't trust money, I want to make these foolish citizens to stop the worrininsm of money accounts
Play store is shit
All of gaming genre does not have any favour without the nostalgia
Now the gacha games are rising, both in mobile and PC
ОтветитьIn my mid 30s had internet in mid 90s that was the wild west. Worked in mobile industry in 2010s mobile games are and always will be low effort cash grabs. You only cared before because you were a little kid that is easily entertained. I'm surprised this whole video didn't even mention genshin impact.
ОтветитьI remember playing Infinity Blade on the iphone 4 of my brother, that was so good !
ОтветитьI used to play Clash Royale a lot (and I was even giving them some money), but quit after the lv14 cash grab
ОтветитьThe only mobile games I play these days are emulators
ОтветитьIt was greed. They wanted easy money. The fact people enjoyed it was a side effect not the goal.
That why it died, you can spend $100 and still barely did anything in game.
If it's a single-player game, try playing on airplane mode. If you turn it on before loading the game, you can usually play ad-free unless it requires an active data connection
Ответитьunsubscribed because of the way you put the ad in the vid
ОтветитьCODM allday!😂🎉
ОтветитьMy grievance with mobile gaming is predominantly form factor.
Congrats, you have put what would be a AA/AAA game on a phone (Genshin). Sucks that phones are awful for controlling games, and making it bearable requires you to get a bluetooth controller adapter for your phone, which is so bulky and inconvenient that you'd be better off buying a Steam Deck if you wanted games on the go so badly.
I just wonder why you use the title. "No one" totally wrong. I still play mobile games, and a lot of my friends still play mobile games. Why don't you just use "No One play PC games anymore" since I don't see anyone in my environment playing PC games. Why this channel title is "Logically answered" while at the same time is "illogically questioned"
ОтветитьTiktok killed mobile games
