You know in our country there is no concept like autism. All children are different , everyone intellectual level is different , even we adults cannot do everything same. Give your child some time they will learn eventually. In our country who is not social we simply call them shy. We do not put disability label on them.

okay one thing when you have a child from birth to probably about 3-4 years old don't expect them to follow any certain pattern it's not a cookie-cutter situation turn off the media have times for media times for engagement no kid points at their parent when they say Mommy if not natural unless you're teaching them to do that and it's unlikely that any under four years old is going to do this. stop looking at videos about markers because children with different intellectual levels do different things affect us very smart child might spend a lot of time looking at a fan and trying to figure out how it works engaging himself with mechanical things around him instead of looking in your face most of the plastic Geniuses did not make strong eye contact look at a video of Einstein. remember that therapist have good intentions but they get kids in early therapy when there's really no knowing which direction they're going to go as they get older certainly therapy and speaking and learning words can't hurt but sitting around talking about your kid being disabled in front of them is not healthy
