Allah sent messengers to everynations and tribes. But people changed those messengers' teachings and god's(Allah) word so that different religions arised. But final messenger prophet muhammad(PBUH) is final messenger and his teachings are not altered and never be altered. The words of god (Alquran) was revealed to prophet muhammad and its the final words of god(Allah). No one can change it because Allah has promised to protect it until the last day(day of qiyama). previous scriptures(words of god) and prophets teachings were changed. but final teaching and quran(the words of god) is not be changed and its pure words of Allah(god).not mixed with human words. most of the other relegions arised from alterations of Allah's word and misunderstanding the prophets. Thats Why Allah Promised that he will protect quran. it will be the pure word of him forever and until the day of qiyama. in the hereafter world. so we can reject other human mixed words of god and follow the pure words of god(Alquran).Thats why u see some similarities in between Islam and other religions. not only similar to hinduism. but also Christianity Buddhism... etc. they altered. but sti u can find some traces of real words of god and rwal teachings of prophets in those relegions . and every prophet talked about the upcoming prophets tooo. mark this and find in your hinduism where it is spoken about the upcoming prophet, prophet Muhammad (PBUH)in sanskrit language. Study deeply and yoi can find it. Some time the language is sanskrit. but if u trabslate it into arabic you can find the truth.
