ОтветитьIt hasn't worked apart from freeing up my upper back when doing the sit ups and falling backwards with gravity excise (which I send many thanks for) but my lower back is still locked solid and really stiff ...but will certainly keep trying these exercises as I'm amazed by how quick it fixed my top half of my back and hopefully with time the bottom half will pop into place ....thanks again for this video 👍❤️

ОтветитьJust want to say thank you, I watch a lot of videos on here. A lot were chiropractic. My sciatic was acting up and makes where I can’t do anything. And it’s memorial day weekend! These stretches and a couple others made my back loosen up and was able to pop that lower back for relief. Cant say thank you enough!!!!
