ОтветитьChef RV, I baked this chocolate cake, followed everything to the T except for the baking time. I baked it at 350F for only 27 minutes because the cake is cracking on top and I used the toothpick method and the touch test for almost firm. Why is the top of the cake is cracking? Please help. Thank you so much.

Hi Chef, sobrang master and favorite namen ung chocomoist cake recipe mo sobrang salamat po for sharing kaso iniisip ko po panu kung gusto ko pong gawing mangga or ube itong moist cake na ito papalitan ko lang po ba ung cocoa powder part sa cake ng flavor na gusto ko then same lang for the rest of the ingredients?
