Well I can say this, that a woman is at a disadvantage in upper body strength. This means that she will need to use her legs to drive the ball, so the approach will matter more. She was trying to muscle the ball like you and she just cannot do that. Look the the speed and revolution differences and that says it all. So better change how the entire approach is done and then she might stand a chance.

I feel like if she had a 20 lb ball fit her she probably do better plus if the pba allows it even just to warm up with a 20 lb ball if people wanted to i honest feel like it actually could benefit alot of bowlers so if a lane has alot of oil it could help with control and releases for different areas either more or less rotation. Don't quote me on that its just something i was thinking while watching the video. That probably might be a great experiment 🤔🤔🤔.

I just think her release was bad with the 20 lb ball that’s it. She has good movement and everything just where she released the ball was a bad spot. She prob throw it there with whatever ball she uses but I can only imagine how difficult it is to make an adjust for a 20lb ball so she did great. Plus it’s just bowling. If you aren’t having fun are you even bowling ?
