NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender

I have this exact extender. I bought it for my pc in the rear of the house as it doesn't have inbuilt wifi. I connect the extender no issues, but what it does is it slows all of my other devices down and in some cases i cant connect on my phone as an example. Im having to disconnect the extender so that the rest of my devices can use wifi. I am not sure what is going on and im hoping you could shed some insight.

I have a modem and a netgear router I bought a netgear WiFi Mesh Extender like the one you have. I get an error message device cannot be found. Do I plug the ethernet cable into my modem or my router and does it even matter. I need some very basic information.

I have bought…..it is garbage.

I live in an apartment with all sorts of wifi interference. Will this device help to get speeds closer to what my router is putting out (I pay for ~800 Mbps down, but only get about 200Mbps down)?

I would want to locate the device next to my computer, and use an ethernet cable to hardwire the device to my computer.

where is the Access point tutorial, with LAN ?

I had my customer buy the AC1750 extender that looks very much like this one and it has worked perfectly. My customer has an IP phone that is far from the router and required a wired connection. With the WPS setup I was able to guide him over the phone. Really great during Covid

This Video is Not The Best. I give it 2 out of 5 the reason is simple he leads you down one then when he got error he says it because it asked for either an android or an apple and tells you he used his ipad to plug in the Extender and his Android to set it up or vice a versa
