Thanks for the video. Seems pretty straight forward. Yet, mine never ferments the way it’s shown in the video. Dosas still come out well.
But idlis don’t. Not even close to these :(
used wet grinder, regular 4 blade grinder, vitamix, no luck.
tried fermenting in Instantpot, oven, no luck. Batter hardly rises 😢
If anyone has any other tips pls share.
