I'm starting to think that for a lot of these people it actually isn't about the watch but more just flexing about how much it is. There's no appreciation for the heritage of the piece or the craftsmanship involved in its construction. Its just them getting the most expensive piece they can, putting ice on it so it's 'blingy' and then carrying on like they just increased the value of the watch when they actually did the opposite.
