Listening repeatedly concept here is not easy to fully grasp

if you are doing a switch b/l do you do it after the official master b/l is issued or do you make the change to the draft before the cut date? -- i want my buyer who is the importer of record to see me as the shipper not my actual supplier --- and my supplier to see me as the buyer initially --- can you explain how the flow of this works when a mster b/l is involved
