Adobe after effects H.264 render fix 2018

When i encode only the video comes out, the audio is disappeared 🙂 any fix?

am i the only one who always has a problem with media encoder? like every single time I try to render there the file doesn’t turn up, so I have to move it manually but then it says it usually says something about the “dynamic link” not working. It’s so annoying because then I have to render on ae and I only have the recent version so there’s no h.264 and then I lose quality. god its so frustrating cus I cant figure out why most of the time my edit doesn’t turn up in media encoder. I have had instances where it’s fine but most of the time it doesn’t work. I’m not sure if it’s just because the composition I’m working on is usually heavy and has a lot of effects and layers.... but I don’t understand why that doesn’t allow me to render with media encoder???? I really just don’t know what to do..

Media Encoder is a piece of junk software, the output is very slow, even with hardware encoding. Because there is no need to make such a software for output separately, it is very slow when it is opened, and many things need to be clicked. Unless Media Encoder is more than twice as fast as the output of the AE or PR software, it is necessary, otherwise it is really Software made by idiots is for fools.

i’m about to try this, i keep trying to render my edit (THATS ONLY 7 SECONDS LONG) and it keeps on failing.. i tried media encounter but that failed as well... i will update

mine fails to connect to dynamic link

can anyone pls help me? my edit is rendering so slow and then it will just stop on a specific frame everytime and won’t carry on, but no fail sign comes up, i don’t know what to do anymore

My render queue (same goes with media encoder ) crashes i rendered 10 sec video but it crashes everytime on 1-2 sec.....anyone knows any solution 😭

Hello, I know that some I fixed it, but those who get an error, there is an effect or some effects that are not compatible, I recommend that you use presets to edit so you do not get an error, I hope it works for you.

I have seen 3 minute audio spectrum videos that were literally hundreds of GIGABYTES in size!

when I try to render it says ” After Effects warning: cannot output to this format because it is not currently installed (39 :: 99) ”

Whenever i press “add to adobe media encoder que” nothing pops up on my media encoder

I have a problem when i try to render an ae project in media encoder h.264 it renders it as only audio and when i render it in any settings other than h.264 it renders it normally. Please someone help me i tried many things 🙏🏻🙏🏻

when i open encorder and i press “add to media encorder queue” nothing shows up and it’s been like that for a while. i tried clicking it multiple times and nothing showed up for over 20 mins.

All you have to do is

1. Save your after effects file if you want to keep your progress, and close the application
2. Download Adobe Media Encoder (The 2018 version that I have is for mac and is about 1+ GB, no higher than 3 GB)
3. Once it's finishing installing open the setup and wait for that to finish aswell
4. Close media encoder and open after effects, you should have QuickTime format and if you're on windows you might have MP4 format, which is super high in quality :)

Just in case nobody has mentioned it, the reason it rendered at the smaller size is because you clicked on the Match Source checkbox after you changed the size to 1920x1080, so it put it back to the smaller size.

I stumbled on the h.264 option in AME myself, but without success. Trying to render a drumming performance without the drumming sound. The h.264 couldn't handle syncing the sound to the video. Not even close. Your example is 3 seconds so it was hard to tell if there was a sync problem. Have you rendered anything longer with separate sound? If so, any sync problems?

so i was having the same problem as some of the ppl in the comments were. my edit would start exporting and then stop at some point and it would say “falied” every time. so i figured out how to fix it. basically if u have multiple motion tile effects on your clips it won’t work so make sure your motion tile is on top of the other effects and make sure there is only one. i hope this helps somebody.

i have a problem when rendering with media encoder because part of my video is green? the first few seconds look fine and then everything is green and pink and i don’t know how to fix it. i’ve tried changing the fps, turned on and off the mercury thing and it’s still not working.

so for some reason when I try to render my comp on media encoder during some of the transitions it like renders it and it looks super glitchy and there's like bars on the screen. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
