This was one of the best meal prep videos I've watched, and I used a similar approach. You did amazing, Thank you for sharing.
ОтветитьI Love this,
I like that you’re walking us through each 🙏 ❤
Also, how long does the meal prep last in the fridge (before it expires)
And How long do you defrost them for & defrost in fridge or outside?
Thank you!!!
Loving this, Great work 👏 ❤
Do you wash bananas?…..like for real? Why?? 😂😂😂
ОтветитьUgh the plastic insanity. Why Trader Joes, WHY? So much of this can be purchased plastic-free. Precut butternut squash wrapped in plastic, yikes. It comes in its own compostable container from the garden! Individually plastic wrapped cucumbers? Much of this produce is plastic-free at Whole Foods. I urge you to purchase a TerraCycle box for responsible recycling of all the Trader Joes planet-clogging packaging. This will offset your hauls, and who knows. Maybe you can become a brand partner of theirs. So much of this mess isn't accepted by most city recycling programs.
ОтветитьGirl, white vinegar doent clean anything!!!!
ОтветитьI Absolutely love this!!! Thank you! Do you mind disclosing the total cost of your grocery prep????
ОтветитьThanks for sharing, Carolina. Loved the organisation & your recipiea look delicious. I'm definitely going to try them.
ОтветитьHi i downloaded your guide but I missed what the milk, cottage cheese and rice crackers are for.
Ответитьso helpful! I want to start eating cottage cheese but don't know a good way to eat it. do you have any suggestions?
ОтветитьDo you have the free full list of your items!? Clicked your link but I have to pay? Thanks :) looks great!
ОтветитьI am watching this as I am eating Dave’s hot chicken because I didn’t cook last night….. I need this
ОтветитьAwesome! How long can you keep all that food in the fridge for?
ОтветитьWonder. Thank you. I prefer to make them fresh. I don’t want the already cooked item in the refrigerator. I don’t want to have to reheat it. And I don’t use microwaves nor do I have one. I do, however, have an air fryer 🤔. I am a stovetop cook. Ehh.. Would this still be considered meal prepping, if I were to just separate the dishes in separate containers and then choosing what I want and cooking it fresh each day?! Please, someone, anyone, educate me.
ОтветитьI love seeing that you washed your lemons. I wash all fruits that have a peel. Even watermelon and pineapple. I mean everything. Some folk think you don't have to wash cantaloupe. Wash everything. Great video. TFS❤
ОтветитьI thought rap was the genre of music I despised the most. I forgot about bossa nova
ОтветитьNote to the wise, make a list and stick to it . I had to remember not to go to TJ on empty stomach 😂
Still have frozen Chinese food . That I won’t eat this days 🤦♀️
How much did you spend? I believe you said you would provide that info too?
ОтветитьYou must have a COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATOR to be able to fit everything in there.. Lawd..!
ОтветитьProps to your mom for the chicken recipe, thank you for sharing!
ОтветитьI like cooking the ingredients separately too and then mixing and matching. I tried making the meals and was stressed out.
Ответить😲 WOW!!
I thought I meal prep well but you blow me away..nice
This video is awesome! My husband and I are in our fifties and sixties and looking for more efficient ways to eat healthy. Thanks for the step by step on food prep!
ОтветитьWho washes their bananas...?
ОтветитьI can’t wait to try this!
ОтветитьDoes it not taste bad after week in refrigerator?
ОтветитьI guess I’m not very creative but after you prep what kind of meals do you make with it? Is there a place that has recipes for bowls etc? Do you just reheat it all
ОтветитьI absolutely love the idea of prepping everything separately! I never thought about doing it this way. I’m SO going to try this
ОтветитьThis is so great! Do you have a specific video that shows how you store and then take out and eat these meals throughout the week?
ОтветитьIt is better to use parchment paper. Aluminum Foil is bad for you.
ОтветитьAluminum foil toxic use brown parchment paper
ОтветитьI do love recipes I cook mostly the same just a tip on farm raised use wild caught it’s healthy fish .
ОтветитьFarm raised fish is the forced fed fish and full of antibiotics because they live in a filthy over crowed tanks or fisheries . You also through away ends of broccoli Brussel sprouts cauliflower you could have added turmeric garlic water and onion skins made a crockpot vegetable broth .
ОтветитьThere was so much here. I am happy that I didn’t. I loved the way you meal prep and thank you for sharing.
Ответитьdo you then it these cold or warm them up? If you warm them up - how? (I dont want to usw a microwave)
ОтветитьWay too chaotic
ОтветитьNossa só coisa que eu amo comer
ОтветитьNice !
Broccoli not to waste the stem
Mushrooms are yummy too
I love this idea, especially for the veggies. But I find that if I cook my proteins (ESPECIALLY the chicken) and store them in the fridge to consume even the next day, it's like chewing on rubber. I microwave them though tbh, so I don't know if that's the reason the texture is changed. Any tips on that?
Ответитьdang food was cheap then.
ОтветитьThank you for making this!! So many great ideas I want to try. Just curious - how does your fruit stay fresh after washing them? I’ve heard that it’s better to wash right before you eat instead of all at once. Is that true?
ОтветитьLittle hit to stop the cutting board from moving, put a wet paper towel under the cutting board! You'll see the board will stay still so you don't cut yourself!
ОтветитьWow. I always tried to pre-plan meals & stick them in individual containers. This looks way more fun & easy to just mix and match throughout the week! Thanks
ОтветитьBroccoli stems have all the nutrients
ОтветитьLove this! Thank you for the video. It's exactly what I was looking for. I was wondering how long you can keep the food though? Doesn't it go bad in 3 days? (Especially Salmon etc). This is the only worry I have about meal prepping. I cook everyday because of that but I CANNOT ANYMORE haha
ОтветитьI'm not sure if this was ever mentioned but how long do you soak ?
Ответитьhow do you re-heat? and how long will things last? e.g will you eat that cooked chicken 6-7 days later?
ОтветитьDo you just store it in the fridge?
Ответитьwhy vinegar I ain’t never heard someone use vinegar on veggies
Ответить
