Thank god you guys are ok. God bless. Thank you for sharing.
Ответить애가 밉상이네
ОтветитьGlad nobody was hurt. That's a scary situation, been there before... well done for trailer and truck driver... looked like a little too much speed, oh well, im sure lessons were learned
ОтветитьHope everyone was ok. But on a serious note, I don’t care what type of tires are on a car/truck, rubber and ice is no Bueno
ОтветитьSmart kid “stay inside and call daddy”
ОтветитьAbsolutely too fast driving in those conditions accidents will happen. Good lesson for others to see and learn from. Glad everyone was ok.
ОтветитьPeople drove right by without stopping to help. Fucked up society
ОтветитьGlad you are all ok, but you were driving way to fast for those conditions. Hard lesson learned. Thank you for sharing this hopefully it will sink in with others.
I have a 2019 REDWOOD 5TH Wheel and I tow it all over Montana and Idaho. I have made mistakes a swell.
Word of advice if I may, my parents have been full time RVers for almost 10 years now and I know for sure they wouldn't have traveled in that weather and we're Canadian hahah. Your house is on wheels, you have no reason not to find somewhere safe to pull off and wait it out. I'm glad you guys are okay! Things definitely could have been much worse. Full time traveling is the best, I've spent plenty of time with my parents on the road. I can't wait to get a rig of my own and start full-timing myself.
ОтветитьThe kid screaming absolutely wrecked me. I can't drive in the same proximity to anyone I know for this reason. Once you lose someone in an accident it destroys your driving behaviour. I am glad it was minor although it was incredibly scary to watch.
ОтветитьDude’s lucky to have been in relatively good condition and not turned over. You can’t put extra weight behind you and proceed at highway speeds around corners like that - obviously. The weight behind you counteracts your ability to gain traction and if you tap your breaks on slick ground you will lose your ability to maintain control around a corner. Glad everyone is ok. I felt terrible for the child in the back who thought they just watched their father potentially die from a vehicle accident.
Drive slower in those conditions, please.
I think it was a little icey
ОтветитьUhh slow down
ОтветитьHad to replay that one without sound. Horrifying for that kid to watch.
ОтветитьYou video just loaded as I was watching RVs saw your husbands accident. How lucky he is, your daughters instinct cry for her dad made me shiver. Glad all turned out ok!
ОтветитьLove the douch bags that kept driving. SMH. Glad y’all are ok
ОтветитьI left earlier that same day to avoid the coming freak storm. Glad you are all ok. I had a 31 foot class c and I white knuckle drove that very road a few hours earlier than you. Ice was almost an inch thick on the side of my motor home once I got to the other side of the pass.
ОтветитьI think I would have stayed put another day or more until it was safe to drive. Pulling a trailer in slick roads is tricky at best.
ОтветитьYup drive slower . Bummer deal .glad everyone is OK .
ОтветитьTowing a toy-hauler with a single rear wheel pick-up truck is fraught with danger in good conditions, never mind on slippery surface. Like towing a rock on the end of a piece of rope. Subject to tail swing like no other trailer. Looks like the trailer had simple time-based brake system . A gentle over-riding of the controller by manual application might have been better than stomping on the brake pedal and locking up the truck's wheels making it essentially a toboggan being pushed by a freight train. Notice how much slower the Semi-truck was travelling in the same conditions?
