কিন্তু সেই কঠিন যাত্রা আদৌ শেষ হন কি?

I am suffering from this, I am happy to finally know what it is and now I will seek help, I will make my prefrontal cortex stronger with meditation, exercise and discipline, this is something I need to do for my future and the future of those around me. I will overcome these demons.

This have been created from the very top on purpose, to create that addiction, and benefits from the population. Same with the sugar tgat the are adding into all products that hit the supermarket it is done to create addiction, your brain never get satisfied. They know what us the root of all this , but they don't expose it. They will give you some temporary remedy but never the cure.

the thing that is killing is the availability of this drug . unlike alcohol cigarrettes or any type of drug . p*rn is available on any screen provided internet connection . if only that thing was blocked or you need to pay to watch it would change alot of things
