I have just one question :)
I have L4 -L5 3mm bulging disc and i got riddled of pain but probablt if i start lift weights i could injure myself again.
I really want to start like body weight exercises like pull ups, chin ups with bar and gymnastics rings and maybe some push ups.
Do you think that is good idea?
My routine for now is:
3x20Dead bug,Modified Plank,bird-dog,cow-cat and then 3x8 reps pull ups +dips
I did it I took the infamous notorious step and just got a cortisone shot in my lower back. For almost a year now I say about 10 months I tried every single core, Glute, strength regimen, stretching every part of my hip flexor and foam rolling. I also did ice cold plunge and infra red sauna, decompression . I'm 39 but I'm a very active athlete been an athlete my whole life and I miss running and training like I used to 😭 anyway nothing worked so let's see if this injection works. It's my first one ever. But it's worth a try. Won't know if you don't try especially after exhausting all these tips from these types of videos.. Don't get me wrong I have learned alot about my body from these videos but I'm back to square one.
