It can be repealed with a simple majority vote with agreement of president, or enough in Congress to vote and override a presidential veto. Same goes for the ATF and any other unconstitutional globalist agency.

You forget that the federal government’s power to regulate stops at interstate commerce. Intrastate commerce is beyond the purview of the federal government.

Firearms registration may not be restricted by the 2nd Amendment, but I do believe that it violates the 4th Amendment against unlawful search and seizure. You are seizing the individual's personal effects - personal information.
You have to focus on the ENTIRE Constitution AND ALL the articles of the Bill of Rights.

4th Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

In the 1700's the militia brought their own weapons with them when they gathered together. They did not show up and get issued a rifle. Also the weapons people bought privately were typically better than the weapons the military was using so the whole "weapons of war" argument is pure BS.

There is no ultimate decider. The SC claims that power, but it belongs in the hands of the people through their state legislatures and the branches of the federal government. Through elections the people reward the branches they side with

The fact that the only Amendment in the Constitution that explicitly states: “shall not be infringed” is the most infringed upon Right we have, is baffling to me. The fact that the Supreme Court makes the claim that the NFA, GCA, etc. is Constitutional is mind blowing. The Government is never on the side of the citizen, remember all Unconstitutional laws are null and void.

The Army does use short-barreled shotguns. They are used for breaching and were used in trench warfare. My old unit had some pretty sweet 12GA shorties.

Any argument that the regulation of the 2nd Amendment comes via the commerce clause is ridiculous. The amendment came after, and therefore expressly supercedes any perceived power granted to the government. Otherwise the promotion of the "general welfare" or "common good" would also equally entitle the government to regulate arms. If someone says down the road that slavery is "good" for the slave and good for the slave owner...would that allow the government to create laws and enforce slavery again? No, the fourteenth Amendment supercedes any perceived power of the government to do so! Lawyers are constantly engaged in absurdities to cover the fact that the constitution allows any arm for any reason to any lawful citizen, that has not been otherwise barred. Because, the left is insane we cannot sit down and rewrite the 2nd amendment to exclude nucs(Something All of us MIGHT contemplate compromising on), since they are not it's the perfect time to insist on it ;)

Its frigging simple. Murdoch v Pennsylvania states "No state HAS THE AUTHORITY to convert a right into a Privilege and issue a License and/or fee."
Shuttlesworth v Birmingham states "If a state DOES convert a right into a privilege and issue a License and/or Fee, you may INGORE that license or fee with impunity." And pursuant to Shapiro v Thompson, it states "The right to travel is so basic of a right, that it doesnt need to even be mentioned." So that does away with DRIVERS LICENSES EXCEPT FOR COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT. People dont know their damn rights.

Along a similar line, legal and constitutional, when you possess a firearm in public and are seen by a L.E.O. or are reported by a fellow citizen, do the police have a right to detain and identify you without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, even if the state has licensing laws. Americans are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and can not be compelled to self incriminate. If you are operating a motor vehicle, there is an assumption that you are licensed until you violate a law, statute or ordinance. Shouldn't the possession of a firearm be afforded the same assumption?

The Miller decision is reversible due the development of anti-drone warfare tactics. A secondary sidearm for the purpose of dispatching enemy drones now has a perfectly valid military use. This can be referenced by the tactics in Ukraine.

Just because Amy Barret looks up to Scalia and his interpretation of the Constitution does not mean he is the constitution. The Constitution is the base, and the base does not move with every court cases ruling. The base remains the base of what was agreed upon.

The SC ruling "common sense" regulations is exactly what the Founders didn't want. The government's ability to regulate is the keys to the 2nd Amendment and is setting up a terrible clash, potentially, in the future, and gives them the ability to run a muck as they have been.
So get that out of your head Chad. No, it's not okay.

I don't see any good reason the NFA should be repealed. Forget bump stocks. You want mass shooters like Vegas and Uvalde to have access to SAW's, full auto pistols and rifles, and concealable short barreled rifles and shotguns? There's no good reason for it.
