Yes i also went into a calorie deficit of around 1700 - 1800 a day, 60 days no alcohol and basically only drinking sparkling water or coffee 3x a day max.
But damn im proud of myself and thx for this amazing video!

ОтветитьUsed to do this workout with my girlfriend a while ago, so she wouldn't do it alone. I'm doing intense combat sports on / off (injuries permitting), but for the last 3years or so keep coming back here every 6mths-1 yr to assess my fitness lvl. Good work girls! Edit - I'm a man

So, I’ve been working out the past month and a half and I needed a home cardio workout without equipment because it’s now reaching mid 30’s in temp (I’m in western Canada). I decided to try this and right now it’s the next day…I. Am. SORE! I absolutely LOVE it!!! And, it includes abs workout! I tried the modified and faster way and oh emmmm geeee.
Today is another scorcher so I’ll be getting this done again.
Excited!!! Thank you ladies for sharing home cardio without equipment.
I’m excited to continue during our heatwave.

Thanks ladies. I do hiit regularly but from a different video & enjoy doing it. So far i think this one is the best. Will surely repeat this one.
