I really enjoy your videos. Also the estatics of it. Really nice figures. May I ask which program you use?
One thing I would like to know is, where do you get your information? Textbooks? Do you include latest research article (e.g. reviews)? Maybe you remember me from a previous video, I am working on chromatin and I have some comments on H3.3. You have not covered that H3.3 is also a placeholder histone for CENP-A later on. Moreover, the neighbouring histones of CENP-A are infact H3.3. Therefore you cannot really say, that H3.3 marks euchromatin, since it is also in heterochromatin. Moreover, the histone mark on H3.3 is important to distinguish between the active transcription or not. I hope I could help out. All the best and keep going with your great content.
