ОтветитьThats alot of work just to square it off
ОтветитьNo such thing as ZERO clearance your clearance is .0001. Everyone thinks ZERO clearance is the new thing on miter saw tables to machining there is always a clearance no matter how small even .0001 is a clearance.
ОтветитьIts increadable technology 🤠
ОтветитьImagine u sell this stuff for more then a ender 3 edm cost
Cringe
Thanks now i can make one myself in the garage
ОтветитьWow! Mashallah!
ОтветитьHe goes on to say he does molding which is a fact that hand work is always going to be superior to machinery for high levels of accuracy, mold making or class A automotive spotting is equal to the thickness of liquid in most cases, takes a damn long time but when finished is a an absolutely beautiful relationship between upper and lower dies withing a micron or 2,, theres a reason toolmakers still have jobs🤙
ОтветитьHello. İts my job. Wire edm and edm machine operator. İ need a job in europe.
ОтветитьPlease frist use safety gloves 🧤
ОтветитьWHERE DO I BUT IT
ОтветитьHow can I get these cubes man??
ОтветитьSo this is how they got the stealth planes to look so seamless?
ОтветитьAluminium is not steel
Ответить“Then everyone wanna act like I’m a bully or sum!” 😂 Adam need to leave that ❄️ alone if he think there’s a single person on earth that thinks he’s a “bully”
Ответитьwho is come from mechanical engineering 5 semester AMP
ОтветитьWhat are the sensors that control the spark gap between the electrode and the workpiece?
ОтветитьI didn't want one at any cost anyway 😁
ОтветитьWiron Cube sold at WackyCompany
ОтветитьThe real genius is the man that invented the machine
ОтветитьI can see the radius in the corner from the width of the wire!
ОтветитьMaking and selling those would be a perfect job for apprentices. Y’all are missing out lol
Ответить…now this is the type of “corn” I love watching! 😏
But all seriousness, that is awesome . I heard the term and process, but could never visualise the machine nor how it’s workings ..
🫶🏼
I recently bought a Zigzag wire edm puzzle. You can see the seams slightly. Was a bit disappointing, but it's still really cool.
ОтветитьW cut machine
Ответитьso were do u sell these
ОтветитьWhen he said EDM machine, I remembered the scene where Spider-Man was like “why do you call it atm machine, the m stands for machine”
ОтветитьHi, wouldn't it be more economical if you just made the adjoining pieces by cutting out a cube, then making the slice in between the two pieces (in whatever shape desired)? Like a yin-yang
ОтветитьGIMME
ОтветитьI would kill tor grinder made this way
ОтветитьLe gana una galleta María jajaja, muy buen trabajo para todo el equipo
ОтветитьImagine grabbing a block of cube, and it turns into pieces of heavy legos.
You'll never step on legos again. The lego steps on you.
The " trick " is scoll cut interior first and then cut outside dimensions after it nests perfectly .
More efficient use of time .
The video shows
A computer should be used to layout a pattern that equally consumes dimensions on all axis after cutting
i see someone online selling for $115. possible on a chinese machine instead of japanese or german but the finishing likely not as good.
ОтветитьThat’s how they really make a Plumbus
ОтветитьDamn I must be a nerd because this is hot!
ОтветитьDo you sell these
ОтветитьYou don’t understand how bad I want one… I will be playing with that every day 24/7
ОтветитьSo this cube is the equivalent of nib on a saw.
For context nib in the saw signifies how skilled the blacksmith who made the saw is. And this cube shows how much precise product this company can make.
In actual Physics and Engineering THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS ZERO TOLERANCE.
ОтветитьOk, but why not sell them. You make something people like, and repeatedly tell us we don't sell this. Why tease
ОтветитьMay we know the temperature range in what the cube's "puzzle" pieces move smoothly?
😅
i once found a quater in a money roll that was cut in half in the shape of wave as well cut about a 1/16th of a inch deep all of the way around when the two pieces were put togeather it was unnoticable unless you were looking for the cut.
ОтветитьAll of that work, resources, materials, time, etc. Just to cut out a stupid puzzle shaped piece of metal? Smh
Ответить
