Freelancers, please don't use Payoneer. Resot to PayPal, Xoom, or traditional method - Western Union. I lost $1000+ because of their shitty negligence. I registered with them and made a test payment of $20, which went through. After confirmation, I asked my client to pay the total amount of $1k+, which he did and I delievered him the source code. After 2 days, Payoneer canceled the payment and allegedly returned to the client. Now the client has the code and payment. He is not replying to my emails, and I cannot go to the US. Imagine the nightmare of a small business owner!!! I contacted customer support and tech support. They keep giving shitty reasons, but cannot allow my payment to go through. Why didn't they stop my 'request of payment' at the first place! Save yourself.
