I always wonder if the original developers of the game (Creative Assembly), despite its disappointing sales, ever look at the rave comments from hardcore fans? They should be proud of what they accomplished even if this wasn't a "call of duty" type blockbuster hit. Most people couldn't appreciate Isolation anyway. "It's too hard" is all we'd hear from them. lol

Great game. Great atmosphere. Im 43 and played the game before watching any of the movies, only saw Aliens yesterday w my wife. Lol. Its a shame IGN pooped on the game when it came out. Definitely hurt sales and thebhopes for a sequel. They should be sued.

I used to watch these movies with my mother hiding under the couch ( she allowed me to watched the first one the rest I had to hide under the couch to watch as she watched them, lucky for her she never caught me cause in retrospect lord she would have had a heart attack

This game is amazing, I still remember the feeling of fear, and the quiet of the ship...for me this is one of the most best game of Playstation 4.

Never forget that we'll never get a sequel to this masterpiece because ign gave it 5 out of 10. Same people that gave saints row 2022 a 9. Remind them every chance you get

This game kept me on the edge of my seat. It nailed the atmosphere and that 80s futuristic tech. Here's hoping we eventually get a true sequel.

The facehugger designs were brilliant - instead of being completely different to the alien, it actually is composed of alien 'hands' morphed together with a tongue. Even the tail bears some resemblance to the alien's tail.

This game has better graphics than cyberpunk

I never actually finished the game, only watched countless walktroughts and recommended it to friends who wanted to experience true horror. After they finish the game they can't compare it to anything else, because the AI is so adaptive and has no real pattern to exploit. It's so sad it never had a sequel or at least some kind of a reboot. Companies don't make games like that anymore. It's all buggy cashgrabs from now on.

The best games have the best AI, This one for example, the macro and micro, really creates for a lively spectacle when it comes to the alien... Like, very lifelike. Seriously, we get all these graphical updates, but none of them have developed AI that has human-like intelligence, reaction times, and senses, or superior ones. AI today isn't smarter or better than the AI we got in early games really... Take Isolation's human NPC's for instances... To stupid to look under the table and whatsoever.

Games would be so much better when the AI itself plays, feels, like as if you are playing it with multiple people... I'd love for enemies to be nearly that smart.

Well this is really one of the best games in tearms of graphics and optimization that for sure.

I absolutely love this game. It's my 2nd favorite game of all time (Bioshock 1 and 2 share the top spot) and no matter how many times I play it always makes me tense up. The sound design won't let you relax for more than a minute and the Xeno AI is the best hunting enemy ever coded.

Used to love playing this game, its a real shame that there was never a sequel.
