Since I started going to uni, I wake up at 5:00 am every morning. I prepare breakfast and lunch. Then I study for the modules a little bit. After coming back from uni, I take a nap. In the afternoon, I workout for 30 minutes, take shower and chill for the rest of the day.

Hi Tiffani, I am Roxane, I am 46 years old. About my morning routine I wake up at around 7:00 Am , depending on my children' school hours. I make the breakfest for my family in my home in south of France and the drive my children to their school. I try to give energy for all the family as everybody can have a good day.
