I’m ashamed to say I’m 22 and still don’t know how to do eyeliner…every time I try I fail :(

My eyelashes are in multiple rows so I end up making a mess of them and am left with a rough eyeliner

I do have a question, when you put the eye liner on it makes your eye lashes crusty which makes mascara hard to get lashes , any advice please

My hand be shaking omg I always messed up I have hardest time but when it with the pencil I can do like nothing I wanted learn so bad like this ...

Ive had a little tube of liquid eye liner in my makeup bag for many years, probably 6 or 7. It was unopened still. I bought it because I wanted to try using it but was too scared too because of how difficult it is to apply. I used it today and although it was a little thick going on and I used 4 q-tips to attempt to fix it, it didn't turn out half bad. As with learning any other skill, practice makes perfect.
