Uh...not to hurt anyone's feelings but we all know neil was losing his hearing. With that said, did anyone bother to tell him that his paragons sounded like garbage?! I'm just curious. THAT sound blew his Zildjians "off their stands"??? I just don't hear it...and apparently neither did he. Just sayin'....

Just bought and watched "Taking Center Stage" from Hudson Music. For any Neil Peart fan this is absolutely required viewing. It is awesome. 3 full DVD's. Go to the Hudson website and buy it. "a gift beyond price, almost free".

Those Paragon cymbals have the similar 'graphics'/design as the rest of his Time Machine kit. I wonder what he did with all the equipment he was given over the years?? I know at least once, several years ago, he had a contest that he gave away at least one kit of his. I can't even imagine owning something like that of his. Even something as simple as a pair of used sticks from one of his shows. Or, hell, even a pair he used to warm-up with before a show!!!!

That would be quite similar both in sound and sticking .
But , really ; Collins could play stuff like that without tapes slowing down .

Those aren't that complex. Single stroke with flams: Flam RR Flam RR etc.; RLR, RLR, Flam, etc. The rhythm is tricky, though.
