What do I do if I live in Brasil we don´t have targets or promotions and the price of the lego is like 3x bigger (sorry for bad english)
ОтветитьIt's bizarre to me how often stuff goes on clearance and gets price drops in the US and other parts of the world. Here in New Zealand (at least where I live), it takes like 5-6 years for something to eventually go on clearance. Up until then, you're still expected to pay full price.
That being said, the only store that holds things like LEGO or Transformers (my main hobby) that I've really seen do actual clearances, is Farmers (which is a department store). After like 5-6 years, those old items get shifted to a clearance section, and the price usually drops a fair amount. Meanwhile, our main store that is made just for toys (Toyworld), will literally hold onto an item for almost 10 years, and still expect you to pay full price. Again, this may just be around my area, but I bought Transformers figures that were like 8 years old at the time I bought them, and still paid full price for them.
I've also witnessed The Warehouse (another department store), sneakily put old Transformers stock from 5 or more years prior that had been stored out the back due to not selling the first time around, put back on the shelves at full price. As a collector, I knew how old the items were, but the kids and parents wouldn't have, and would've unknowingly bought old stock for full price, which kinda feels a little scummy to me, but eh, I suppose the store is still making money off of the products, even if it is several years too late.
Speaking of The Warehouse, they sometimes have a clearance section, but again, stuff has to be fairly old to eventually wind up in there, or just defective, which is more common (by "defective", I mean, some kid has torn into the packaging and pulled all of the items out, leaving the staff to throw some tape onto the packaging, with a 50/50 chance of everything still being included).
Happy new year guys
ОтветитьWhat if your 11yrs old and want to make an army
ОтветитьYou forgot to mention the Lego Vip points. + They also give $20 promo gifts with $150 buys
ОтветитьNo i get Lego for free just go and rob the store
ОтветитьWould this advice work for imperial stormtrooper army building?
Ответить'just be rich" REALLY OH MY GOD I DID NOT KNOW THAT THANKS (I am going to unsubscribe)
Ответитьye i figured why waste time trying to find sales and discounts when i could just get a job lol
Ответитьjust got the new AT-TE for only €110 it was pretty worth it
ОтветитьI saw an og 501st battle pack for 20 dollars
ОтветитьI got a bobafetts place for 50% off at Walmart
ОтветитьDude… Rakuten just gave me $30 back when I bought 2x 501st specialist battle packs. This is fucking awesome! Now I can buy another 332nd battle pack and something else aswell!
ОтветитьOne time I was at my grandmas house and found a 2008 gunship
ОтветитьI just started building a battlefield were it's stormtroopers vs battle droids but unfortunately I have no battle droids so I gotta wait to get some also I used some old lego I had laying around to build 3 turrets 1 catapult 2 barricades and 1 dropship it holds 4 stormtroopers also I have 19 stormtroopers on the battlefeild
Ответитьlego in the eu: toys
lego in the US: WEAPONS OF MASS CAPITALISM, IF YOU DONT BUY THEM IN BULK AND KEEP THEM IN THEIR BOXES YOU DESERVE TO BURN IN THE SIXTH RING OF HELL AND YOU SHOULD NEVER DARE CALLING YOURSELF A STAR WRAS FAN AGAIN
I bought some 501st legion sealed sets for $12 a few days ago
ОтветитьYou can also use the key chain figs and screw of the top.
ОтветитьHere’s a good tip, when you buy a couple or a lot of the new 501st battle pack, just sell the 501st officers.
Ответить“Just be rich” that’s some great advice I should have thought of that 😂
ОтветитьIt is 11:21 pm on Saturday night 5-27-23 and Ryan I bet you are going nuts right now... I am also amazed and happy! looks like playing tip-21 as a wee little lad paid off BIG TIME for the Boston Celtics!
Ответитьmnr do you think you can take the legs off of the clone magnet and put reg legs on it?
ОтветитьSomething interesting is, in the Americus, Georgia Walmart, the 2020 501st battlepack was always $23.99, it went on sale once for like 19 dollars. I'm not sure why it was cheaper here, but it was. It never went over that price.
ОтветитьAny tips how to buy a lego gunship without spending tons of money and where?
ОтветитьI made business cards with my info and how to contact me and handed out it to ppl of age 60 and up to contact me if they wanted to sell lego who kidz had leaved behind after they moved out, got more offer then i had money too buy =P
Ответить“To collect things, that are dumb”
ОтветитьI made this videos months ago 😂
ОтветитьThank you for the tips
ОтветитьRecently over the past year I’ve been getting into decaling and made around 100 clone troopers. If you can get good at decaling it can be a very cost efficient way to basically get any clone you want.
ОтветитьHi
Ответитьwho tryna sell there old cards
ОтветитьGood video! Something I've done is have family members who work at stores that sale legos use there employee discount to buy packs. Some family get discounts up to 40% on all items, so legos :)
Ответитьpart together the minifigures.
ОтветитьHow do I get that shirt ?? 😍
Ответитьone thing I would say for sure is for those 18 & below (maybe college students as well) set up trades or deals with classmates or other kids at school or where you live did that a lot for video games, Pokémon cards, & legos worked out pretty well (not during class ofc) either paying cash or trading items you do not want (just be sure you know the value of what you have & what they have so you are not scammed & if you are allowed to bring them to school be sure to keep an eye on them or hide them best you can inside your backpack (lost more than a few things to people stealing from backpacks)
ОтветитьI found my local walmart on the last month of the 501st battle packs being on the shelf for 14 bucks it was a steallll
ОтветитьHOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO HOBBIT LEGO
ОтветитьWill you ever make COD videos? I play it all day long.
ОтветитьWell I'd doesn't make sense to wait for the sale cause the sets will be sold out in an instant
ОтветитьU should make a video showcasing your clone wars collection In a Separtists Vs republic format maybe not with every Vehichle but every character including Jedi Sith Droids Bounty hunters And clones just to see The scale of your clone wars minifgure collection
ОтветитьPersonally I’d go BrickVault over Republicbricks; he has a history of being a jerk and tough to work with if he screws up an order.
ОтветитьThank you. I am definitely taking notes. 💰💳
ОтветитьThanks for the tips
ОтветитьLast summer I bought that green p2 trooper for $5 from my friend who had a box full of his older brothers collection. Same guy I bought light up Obi-Wan and light up Anakin for like $6 each. Complete robbery
ОтветитьI bought a green 442nd magnet clone too! Love finding sneaky bricklink stuff that most people either don't know about or are too dense to put in the effort on bricklink lmao 😂
ОтветитьAskmandr what editing software do you use?
