SAJJAN SINGH CASE - Landmark Supreme Court Judgement - Sajjan Singh vs State of Rajasthan in Hindi

Sajjan Singh Case is one of the landmark case in which supreme court gave the judgement that Parliament has unlimited power to amend the Constitution even if the Fundamental Rights are violated. Sajjan Singh vs State of Rajasthan case is criticized even today for it's judgement which held that Constitutional Amendment is not an ordinary law within the meaning of the term 'law' given in Article 13. Sajjan singh case 1965 held 17th Constitutional Amendment as constitutionally valid.
