i just realized ive had a 10 inch increase in 2 months by just constantly jumping and doing toe raises

he couldnt do it. why not wait for a better result instead of this . he can do it

I’m also 5’8” and my most recent standing vertical was 30’ (probably more with a run up?) and I could just graze the rim without training. I’m currently dealing with an ankle injury but this video inspired me to try to improve my vert and maybe even dunk one day.

Good stuff, when i was alot younger i could dunk easy off a drop step, at 6ft4. Recently i was messing around at work with my crew and i went for a dunk wearing steel toe work boots. I actually did it, and it was a hard dunk too. Im 6ft5 now and ill be 45 this year. But i felt that dunk for about 2 days, man i was so sore. Getting older sucks.

I'm only 1 inch shorter than this guy at 14, but my vertical is higher than his at the start of the video as I've measured it however I can only touch 9'4, I need longer arms lmao
