hey matt.. did you use a fullbody routine when you started working out? that's what they always say that beginners should do a fullbody routine with mostly compound movements...

Hey Matt, why are you front squatting and back squatting in the same workout? Even Layne Norton said "don’t do squats and front squats in the same workout". I'm just curious, Not hating... looking great either way!

how do you digest all that protein in one sitting? i read you can only break down ~30 grams of protein in a meal, and the rest is excreted as urine...the fish + the sandwich is well over 50g+/- protein?
