It might have added in the title that this was SWCC selection. Pretty sure they've all completed BUD/S by this stage. So, upon a moments research, this looks to be pre-BUD/S. I guess at this stage, the entire group wind up one or the other, SEALs or SWCCs.

No le veo mucho el sentido de ese entrenamiento. A la hora de un batalla no te va a favorecer de mucho una bala te quita todo ese esfuerzo de entrenamiento
