KDP Account Terminated…How to Avoid and What to Do If it Happens

The alliance wants to see an author website with my books before helping me? Is that something I should go ahead and create? it seems unnecessary to me.

hey alliance of independent authors told me that until Kdp responds they cant do much. KDp told me I was terminated for violating content guidelines but didn't say what guidelines and I'm genuinely not sure what I did. It all seems like canned responses from KDP and or no responses. How exactly can the alliance help me? any suggestions. thanks

Hi guys, i had my account terminated. Than a send few mail do costomers service and they reactive the account.
The main problem is that i do not have acces to report tab.
In the report they said the account is closed.
Is this normal?

KDP just terminated my account without any reasons. I’ve sent two emails, each via different route, asking for specifics. After a reasonable time of waiting, I may be considering legal assistance. Appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you!

What about publishing the same book on different kdp markets?

My account was terminated on Monday they said for content guidelines violations. I didn’t see where there was a violation. So I don’t even know what they say the issue is. I did reply and apologized. It’s Friday and there hasn’t been a response

Today I tried to log in and it says my account is terminated. I never even got any emails about this, I have no idea what happened :(!

So, they terminated my account stating that I had one before and that I cannot create any new accounts otherwise they will be closed. I never had another account. I emailed them and got generic replies stating that they reviewed the matter and are upholding their decision.

I do struggle knowing what category to put books in, especially low content books, like plain notebooks … there is nothing that fully fits so I’m always worried that may be an issue, even though I try my best x

I got the dreaded account termination email over the weekend. It was a trademark violation on the title--unintential. The source book is in the public domain. But mea culpa. So far I keep getting the same canned response--I don't even think the person responding is reading my emails, to be honest. Not sure what to do or if there's anything I can do. 🥺

Can you give me the Amazon support number I want to talk to them on the phone to solve the account problem

Or is the first name sufficient? Where, on which website can you check the uniqueness of your brand name? What is the sequence of steps to be followed in solving this issue? Thanks
