THIS TRAILER IS THE BEST THING IVE EVER SEEN THIS IS HOW EVERY TRAILER SHOULD BE OH MY GOD

Hopefully the sound design in this series is better than the last. There were too many times where the background was so loud, you couldn't hear what the characters were saying. They also have hopefully fixed the incessant need for awkward filler. The whole sequence with Dracula describing his history of annihilating that one town didn't need to be animated at all, just alluded to, maybe in flashes of memory, not a whole 2min bit. A lot of the stuff with Hector and - in particular, Isaac - went on way longer than were necessary. I still love the show and have marathoned it a couple times, but those issues bother me every damn time.

I wonder if Richter will go through a character arc similar to Symphony of the Night. With him losing his path and being manipulated in one way or another, forcing Alucard and a grown up Maria Renard to face him in order to prevent evil from rising. I am beyond exited, this series looks amazing and I love how they combined character design elements from Rondo of Blood and Dracula X Chronicles. They look incredible.

It's really shocking seeing Richter's mother being killed in battle by a vampire since she is a Belmont herself and it's just so unusual seeing a Belmont actually losing and dying.
