So I noticed the ETH values of the properties as displayed from IPFS are NOT the same as the ETH values of the nfts in the contract. They are all the same (10 ETH each) and require 1 ETH earnest. Also, the function to finalize the sale empties the entire balance of the nft contract, even if the other 2 nfts have not been signed for approval by the seller. This causes the final sale of the other two to fail with no transfer of the other two nfts to the buyer.

I do not like Ethereum based development using Solidity. Solidity is prone to bugs. I prefer doing it on Cardano blockchain as it is more stable.

Thanks for this useful course! I have a question: Isn't it better to pay to the seller the price of the property instead of the balance? What if the contract contains like 50 ETH, but the property is just 10 ETH ?

thanks so much @dappuniversity for the free knowledge. please for the flashloan, writing the front end, to call the transferfrom token method, you need to call approve, is there a way to approve tokens unlimited and not having to call approve function with ethers anytime you call the transferfrom. If yes, please can you let me know. cause Iactually approved maximum amount of tokens, but anytime i call the transferfrom, ethers doesn't detect that tokens have been approved.
