Good comparison. The white boy has experience I can tell. DTF is more vibrant while DTG has slightly softer feel. Not bad considering the price difference.
ОтветитьWhat laser printer do you use for the DTF?
ОтветитьLove unique sock designs? @fastdtftransfer has the secret to festive magic! 🧦✨ How do you express yourself through DTF printing?
ОтветитьDTG prints feel cheap and crappy. There’s no texture, and limited flex-like a big flat lump of plastic on your shirts chest. It’s really misleading when shirt manufacturers call these ‘screen printed’
Ответитьhow about after you wash them both for a few times, does it stay as vibrant ?
ОтветитьAlso depends on quality of ink, powder, film along with how tuned the icc profile is for the dtf.
ОтветитьI liked your video thanks. Does DTG hold up to repeative wears vs DTF
Ответитьnice
Ответитьwhich would u recommend for someone new to the industry?
ОтветитьHe said a soft tittie 😂😂
ОтветитьExcellent comparison well done for taking the constructive criticism and acting upon it 👍 ...... now does the handle of the print being softer mean better in your book? because if we are referring to screenprint quality depending on the ink used ie plastisol or water based its a lot better to have a rougher finish which is closer to a standard screenprint 😉
ОтветитьFirst time viewer. Loved the message at the end of this. Just made my day a little brighter. Thank you.
Ответитьthe dog said, Quit playin wit be bruh 😂
ОтветитьPlease do more videos like this bro. It’s so needed. DtG of course but dtf is affordable 🤷🏾♂️
ОтветитьAll i can say Thanks, all i can ask keeping making
ОтветитьDTF colors POP!
ОтветитьYou skimmed right over the BIGGEST part of EVERY DTG shirt that requires white ink on the garment. The PRETREATMENT process. No pretreat or crappy pretreatment and crappy application and the print will look like chit. Proper PT application is ESSENTIAL to all DTG prints. Throw that fence painter in the garbage or leave it in the garage where it belongs. Get a dedicated PT machine and never look back. (I'd suggest the Viper MAXX with Image Armor Platinum PT) Let your DTG prints shine! PT doesn't have to be a pain if you understand it and think about it the right way.
ОтветитьI agree as a screen printer that is the better choice for longevity, if cured properly. I loved your comparison of DTG vs DTF. I have explored DTG and I find that relative thin white fonts are already breaking down after 7-8 washings. Have you tested white fonts in that 40 point range in DTG vs DTF? I like the convenience of those processes for small order but quality control is still important. Of the 2 processes for the problem i have described do you see an advantage of DTG over DTF. thanks, Ola Kola Koala
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThe dtf clearly has the smallest print because people are not printing large jumbo print dtf transfers
ОтветитьI honestly can’t tell the difference! You did a great job on the shirts
ОтветитьI know dtf last longer
ОтветитьI like dtg
ОтветитьI dont want to be biased cause I work around DTF but the colors on your DTF were much more vibrant
ОтветитьYessirrrr! Love the content bro! You know I’m DTF all day
ОтветитьSo which one is best to start my printing on garments business DTG or DTF
ОтветитьTHANKS for this vid. New to the game and this helps with my samples.
ОтветитьWhat's the best graphics editor to use for the kind of graphic printouts in your video? Thanks! =).
Ответить😂😂🎉🎉Bro that was an excellent, Excellent experiment
ОтветитьThanks
Ответитьwhere do i order these dtf?
ОтветитьBiggest misconception with either product is comparing it to screen printing. Screen printing is always going to be number one because of the feel and longevity of the product. DTF/DTG is a great alternative to integrate designs including multiple colors and effect. It's all going to boil down to the customer preference and explaining why it's a better product. DTF/DTG has made itself into homes by alternating a printer or ordering prints from a 3rd party at an affordable price. It's always been screen printing vs vinyl for years. Being in business for over 15 years in screen printing and trying both DTF/DTG. Hands down to DTG on an Epson or Ricoh!!!!! The more you invest in yourself, will lead you to a customer base who is willing to pay anything for your work.
ОтветитьI wonder why designers dont do a knock out black on designs? Remove the black on black shirts
ОтветитьWas the dtf transfer made with the dtg machine
Ответить@Humanitees if you want you can send me the file I will take out all black in the one version and i will add halftones to the second version, i will send the files back to you and then you can print them with dtf and do the comparison again
ОтветитьReally great video. Seems you used people in the shop to do the test because of their end comments, but that very final part of the video - where you held up both shirts and scratched them was priceless. Buy why is DTG softer, the "ink"? Or do you think it is because you are pressing it from film? If the "inks" were the same, would they feel the same? Very, very interesting video. Thank you for taking the time to create the video. This is boss level info. Now... Which one holds up to washing better? Take both those shirts and wash them a ton of times, and do a washablity test video. :) Cheers!
Ответить😮🔥🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьWhat blanks did you use / are you wearing ?
Ответитьcan still see the white outline (underbase). some other problem with dtf is that if u cant remove the excess powder, it will be forever on that shirt. but yeah, some people can accept it some people dont.
Ответитьyou made for this bro
ОтветитьQuality work bro🔥🔥
