ОтветитьEven though I exceed the gram per pound of bodyweight protein target, I still take two scoops of whey protein a day. Why? Because a proportion of the protein I take doesn't have a clear amino acid profile, or it's plant based, so there's a danger of actually falling short on the amino acid front. The way I see it, taking that extra scoop of whey is like an insurance policy, helping to plug any unknown amino acid gaps in my diet.

I'm using THE Whey from myprotein rn and it says per serving is 25 g of protein, my mom says to just take one scoop a day so I won't get liver failure but I'm not sure if I believe that I should be taking only 1 scoop a day.
