My 2 Favorite DPS Sets Right Now in The Elder Scrolls Online

With necro and its innate damage with the changes to its skills these two sets can and will dot up and blow up single targets super hard, it is more of a sutiational set but it can work decently on single target if you are dotting enemies up consistantly

Azureblight and plaguebreak are my favorite sets ihave been using them since they came out and still nuke very hard.

Azureblight + Plaguebreak is exactly what I use on my StamSorc for AoE fights, together with Pale Order Mythic you are unkillable and instances like Skyreach are easy, even on vet. Using this build for EP runs in Skyreach or similar farm spots.

Wish there was a written build of PlagueBreak and dark convergence, I’m never sure which traits to use for PVE builds.

Is Thief Mundas a good pairing with this set, and what race..?

Is there a reason your splitting the set like not wearing plaguebreak on all jewelry and weapon than the other set all on body? Does it make a difference?

This was fun, thanks! I'd been using Dark Convergence with Plaguebreak in PvP, but wondered how it would perform in PvE. This nails it-- I'm trying PB with Azure. (Using Plaguebreak with Vicious Death is pretty fun, too.) And thanks for the tip about PB and templar jabs!

Mph if you can handle set swapping I don't see any reason not playing that for djs trashes and it may be good for "newer players" farming public djs solo on a budget as well on stam chars. Caltrops and bow aoe dots for big damage/chain reactions. However I'm not convinced that for solo/confort it is better than running a sustain trial set(like false god) + meta stuffs for infinite sustain and overall decent enough dps(something that kills boss ok and +- obliterate packs as well while requiring less buttons). Also Lair of Marselok, even if it is still a dj, is not the easiest dj and odds for you to get carried in public parties at CP 160 are slims on this one.

Have these sets been nerfed since this video was made? My tooltip damage isn't even half of these values--18k in the video is 8k for me. Is this video assuming we have 9000 weapon damage?

Plaguebreak in skyreach runs is life changing.

This I crazy I had my friend set up the same thing for me 3 or 4 months ago for me to parse with plaguebreak didn't think about grouping it with azure blight though 🤔

I used pb to help a friend though skyreach. You only need to kill 1 add and they all pop

When I help friends or guildmates exp grind I will usually use DC and PB but I'll have to try azureblight with plaguebreak. Perfect setup for running someone through skyreach quickly

A friend and i both loaded this set up and ran through skyreach catacombs. It is freakin nuts. Neither of us had the azureblight optimized with transmutes and it didn't matter.

Regarding Azureblight Reaper, what counts as "damage over time effect"? Is there a list somewhere? If there is I couldn't find it (

On console what do you think to someone like a zen’s DK or a second DK using Bahseis on body and using one of these sets on jewellery and frontbar? I’m thinking in places like TTT runs where there’s a lot of trashpulls. Then swapping back out to kinras or zens for the boss fights.

I've been using this combo on my peryite RP character for a while. Don't you dare touch it ZOS!

Fantastic video. Personally I forego Balorgh's and use either a Master's maul or a Maelstrom Maul on front bar with Maelstrom Inferno on the back bar for my stam sorc. Hurricane + Soul Splitting + Suppression Field + Carve/Stampede + Caltrops + Wall. I never used Plaguebreak though, usually Venomous Smite or Deadwater Guile. Suppression Field isn't as cool now that the damage doesn't tik every 0.5 seconds though, so I often use elemental rage now instead.

What's the best combo set with Pestilent Host?

I’m just using venom hunter and Syvarra's Scales. Using 2h Maelstrom sword and dual wield swords of venom. Monster set depends but Skoria seems best for dk. All charged weapons. Werewolf on my dual wield and 2h ultimate is dawn breaker

I've paired DC and Plague together before in cyro and soloing dungeons the combo is a fun one I can see why you're having fun pairing Plague with Azure sometimes the personal meta is just what makes you crack up the most as you mow down adds 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Plague break is a must have set in pvp.
