Hi Rick, I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm 71 yrs. old and besides my Pilates, Pilates Yoga, Power Pilates I have added your walk steps are so much fun. At the same time you get to sweat. I work out 5 days per week; next time I'll do your 10,000 steps. Thank you so much. This is great for all ages. I have a lot of fun too. This workout which is low impact is perfect for seniors like me.Thank you so much.

ОтветитьDid this workout today 😊 Usually do the workouts by growwithjo but am really starting to like yours Rick 😊 I like how they do make me sweat but don’t kill me but it’s overall cardio. I do believe that movement is important, not necessarily what you do, so walking workouts seem ideal for me. I ”spiced it up“ by adding a few sprints and high kicks 😊 I think I‘ll do more of your videos over the next couple of days. Also love that you filmed this outdoors ❤ Hugs x Jill

ОтветитьI'm 71 with a total knee replacement. Safety is an issue for me, so I have to walk indoors. I've tried many,many walking programs but they all have hurt my knees. I am SO glad I found your channel. 5000 steps that I can easily do without hurting my knees. The music drowns out your voice, for these oldcears, so I am glad you have an insert so I know what's coming up next. Your energy is contagious and I actually look forward to walking with you! Thank you!!
