The problem with classicly trained musicians is, that they focus so much on the technique of music (up to the point where you as a recipient start to wonder if they even got any kind of artistical emotions at all). There's lyrics as well! And there's a well justified attitude to never ever join anything like an orchestra or anything that's being conducted by anyone. It's the foundation of every genre of rock. Yet, I enjoy this content.

News Flash for you: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was not german!

What you thought was a bass guitar was the rhythm guitar with some distortion and sustain. They were combining that with heavy bass guitar and drums using deliberate and firm strumming and beats. In the chorus sections they were blending in some chorus vocal samples with keyboard and violins. You're right, the song is so well produced and orchestrated. As was already mentioned, the song is very poetic and classically written. As the rhythm guitar goes into the chorus sections the lead singer lowers his voice and uses a commanding baritone modulation to match the guitar which is a really nice combination.

Each times you pause... It's like broken bone for audience. 🤷‍♂️

When you listen to some mainstream sons from the 90s or 2000s you can tell they are old, but Rammstein songs doesnt get to sound old. I bet even 100 years later they will sound great. This will be classic.

First time i heard this song... long ago, i remember thinking. nice, a song about love, but about love in frindships, not in a sexual relationship.
