The synergy was always there but I've heard that AdMech Lance+Nova strategy is pretty viable option now, yet noone is trying to check it.

PARTY DON‘T FORGET YOUR ABILITIES

with this Tau fleet you do hardly any dmg with your guns. You are meant to alpha strike ship after ship with missiles and bombers. Don't forget to clear turrets with fighters first.
When you play builds that supposed to fire all missiles at the same time, you send them one after another. When you play races that should micro them like Imperial navy or eldar, you just fire them from like 3 ships when one one has a chance to hit.

Damn, after watching this battle I need to practice my hot keys especially in maneuvering.

I agree with your opinion, you did better than usual with squadrons and torpedoes. Not great, but certainly an improvement.

You need to remember to use your squadrons basically on cooldown, he didnt have nearly as many hangars as you did. If you had scouted him with figthersa nd then piled them on you could probably have killed something with torpedoes on the way in.

Always target the generator against eldar to shut down the Shadow-/holofields.

Still loving the space battles. Only one thing I feel they didn't do properly in designing. It pretty much is a reskinned sea battle now being 2d. I'd love to see depth in space. I know it's hard to design but still, all I "sea" are boats now.

Has extreme amounts of the best torpedoes in the game. Doesn't use them until well after nearly losing first ship.

Scout with some strike craft, then use them to screen point defense while the torps fly in.

Hey party, when fighting Eldar, you might wanna try targeting their generators! They have Holofields instead of sheilds which reduce the accuracy of Macro weapons by up to 50%, and can just outright absorb lances up to 75% which makes actually dropping any damage onto them tricky.

Love the BFGA 2 content still though!
