ОтветитьAs much as I love watching aesthetic morning routines, my morning routine is far from aesthetic :'D I love how you're normalizing this. There shouldn't be any pressure to have a certain morning routine
ОтветитьMy daily routine is SO dependent on my dogs.
Especially because one of them is a high-energy dog and he’s fear reactive to both people and dogs (so I have to figure out times that are less busy and avoid routes that have off-leash dogs 😅). And also dependent on my cats cause they wake us up early for food 😂
I love this. Every morning is different and everyone prioritizes different things ✨
ОтветитьYou can put your espresso and milk into a blender to get the foamy iced latte/cappuccino! It only needs pulsed a couple of seconds (I worked in a coffee shop, and that is what we did. Sometimes I'd add ice and make it more of a thick drink.) As always, love the video. 🥰

ОтветитьI love normalizing NOT grinding to get up butt ass early if it doesn't work for you. I am a private tutor and academic and career search coach plus I have two Etsy shops. I do all of my work after 2pm and am highly successful even though I get up (no joke) after 11am almost every day!
I've been a night owl since birth -- when I was a baby and toddler, if my mom put me to bed before 10pm I wouldn't sleep. If she put me to bed at 10, I was out for the night.

ОтветитьSince it's become lighter in the mornings I've been waking up naturally about 30 mins before my alarm which is so nice. I have a seriously mundane morning routine - one habit I make sure I do is put away clean dishes which have dried overnight. Keeps me on top of a boring task when it's part of a routine.

ОтветитьI loved working out first thing in the morning (the hot moms at Pilates are so welcoming and hilarious), but my partner and I are long distance right now, so we get to talk only at nights, and it was messing up my sleep. I was miserable running on low energy or having to say goodbye way too early, so I changed it cuz (say it with me) THAT'S GONNA BRING ME JOY :D
All this to say, friends, just do what makes you feel good, even if it means you can't drink rosé with hot moms at 7 am (only on holidays *wink wink*), but can actually have a conversation with your S.O. about their day <3

Because you're in the medical field, I was wondering if you had any tips on controlling emotions after surgery? I had a mastectomy with the DIEP flap reconstruction. I can't stop crying or being mad or even happy crying. It's so overwhelming feeling like this, it's like nothing I have ever experienced and I'm so tired just from my emotions alone.
