the runes the same that you use
you can go with ignite or tp prefer ignite
items
-goredrinker
-essence reaver
-navori quickblades
-black cleaver
-death dance
- and lucidity
i want you to try it out this items works for me almost every matchup
and with full build you can use your shield like 7 or 9 times in a fight it is insane
